V takes the NUSA's offer and jets off to one of its state-of-the-art hospitals. Having fought so long for this, V awakens in a sunny room, with Reed watching over. It may not be the ending that the merc envisioned when the Relic was slotted, but the madness of Night City is finally over... for now.

Walkthrough

  • This main quest is essentially your epilogue (and it does count as an ending to the entire game) based on the choices you made while completing the Phantom Liberty expansion
  • If you waited for the AV on the rooftop, you'll go through a series of conversations with various characters, including Johnny
  • Play through the scenes and enjoy your ending!
