Cyberpunk 2077's first (and last) expansion is out now on PS5. Phantom Liberty adds a whole new storyline and district to CD Projekt Red's open world RPG, and the initial reception has been incredibly positive. Of course, it helps that the base game has been significantly improved with Update 2.0 — which dropped just five days ago at the time of writing.
"Phantom Liberty is often Cyberpunk 2077 at its very best," we concluded in our Phantom Liberty PS5 review. "A gripping narrative complete with great characters adds another dimension to the open world RPG, while the main mission and side quest design remains top notch throughout. It's a tremendous expansion that delivers a truly memorable experience." If you couldn't already tell, we loved it, awarding it a final score of 9/10.
