Bought and now installing Battlefield 4 Premuim Edition from my Playstation 4's PSN store and all day been trying to to intall the Avengers game but the Avengers installing glitched so i have to do it over.
thankfully i was using a PSN card so not a total waste of money anyway.
Dunno what the heck is going on with the Avengers game taking so damn long to install.
an hour ago i went to the dollar tree store to buy two $10 PSN cards for my Playstation 4. one card i used up to renew my Essential Playstation Plus and holding on to the other for the rest of this month.
In the current sale:
Slipstream -around £2.20 and supposedly a decent Out Run recreation for modern consoles. I spent way more than £2.20 on original Out Run arcade back in the day so bargain!
Also Run Sausage Run for 55p because the name made me laugh. It looks pretty terrible.

Steins;gate 0. £1.99 (its lowest price). Visual novel and I enjoyed the previous one (was a PS3 PS+ game) so thought why not.
Strangely nobody on my friend list owns the game.
In previous sale. (I waited til yesterday to ensure it wasn't in this months PS+ Extra).
Ghost warrior 3 and Contracts 1 bundle. £7.49 (lowest price).
Possibly a mistake as GW3 has bad reviews but I enjoyed Contracts 2 (on Extra) so much that I'm willing to give it a go especially as Sniping games are few and far between. Apparently people say it is a Sniping Far Cry game so I'm in....just finished the prologue and it seems good so far albeit at 30fps (obviously) which is shame. Contracts 1 apparently has been patched to 60fps on ps5.

I may be tempted to jump aboard at that price so thanks for the heads up. Visual novels not usually my genre but it may be a starting point, reviews say it runs concurrent and alternate timeline to the first, which I haven't played, do you think it would be fine to start with 0?

Oh you're in for a treat then. Proved slightly divisive as some didn't appreciate the batmobile parts but I really enjoyed all of it.

@sorteddan VN aren't really my bag either and I've only played two, the other one being on the Vita and both were on PS+. Steins gate is more than just the usual talking heads and loads of text, there are clips from the anime and tbh I would rather watch the anime than "play" the VN.
As for starting from 0, I'm not sure that is a good idea as I think the premise is to explain what happened in the previous title. The Elite version is the first one, rebadged for PS4.
Nb. SG 0 is "always" on sale but usually for £3.99.
@JohnnyShoulder I've just put Doki on my wish list, I keep hearing positive things about it.
@CaptD I hear to go into the game knowing as little as possible, to avoid knowing what happens.
That is interesting to hear about Steins Gate, as the amount of text to read does put me off these games. Obviously I expect some reading due to the nature of the games.

Thanks for the info. After skimming a review or two and sleeping on it I decided that amount of reading is probably not for me anyhow. My foray into VNs will have to wait for a later date. Hope you enjoy it though, it does sound interesting.

@HallowMoonshadow I don’t think I ever played the original game but had a demo I played to death.
I played the remake last year and it was pretty good fun. The controls and camera can be a bit wonky as they show their age but it doesn’t completely distract from the game.
